- Training: Every year, we reinvest 15% of our profits toward training and skills development. We cover Professional Association’s membership fees and mandatory training (PDH), as well as travel costs and fees for conferences in the United States.
- Pension fund: We double every dollar that an employee contributes to the pension plan, up to 8% of their salary.
